and manufacture its own proprietary therapeutic vaccines,

track record in research, intellectual property, product
and clinical development and aseptic manufacture to

Mercia
is developing a number of proprietary immunotherapeutic
products in key therapeutic areas through clinical
proof of concept. Mercia is seeking strategic partners
to participate in the final development and marketing
of its proprietary products.
Mercia’s lead proprietary therapeutic vaccines
are for the treatment of type 1 diabetes,
and for the treatment of asthma.
Mercia also offers an adjuvant system which is particularly
suited for the formulation of therapeutic vaccines.
Mercia's proprietary
adjuvant system, MAS-1, is potent, proven safe in
the clinic, and has been specifically designed for protein
based antigens. It provides a unique, robust, scalable
and stable adjuvant emulsion for the formulation of
therapeutic vaccines.

is supported by in process and product release
testing and process and analytical methods validation.
Qualified Persons are available to release clinical
and marketing supplies into Europe, U.S.A. and
elsewhere.
Through our contract manufacturing
services, customers can obtain our proprietary
adjuvant systems designed
for use with poorly immunogenic antigens. Our
lead adjuvant system, MAS-1, is scaleable, stable
and acceptable to regulatory agencies. MAS-1 was
developed working closely with FDA and other regulatory
agencies and has been used safely in over 1500
patients in a number of clinical trials world
wide.
